Cancellation Policy: I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel within this time period, or fail to show up to your appointment, you will be charged the full fee for the appointment scheduled. Please understand that as a therapist I only get paid once services have been rendered. Consequently, missed appointments are costly and prevent me from providing treatment to other clients.

FRANK (my dog) WILL BE AT THE CLINIC. If you are not comfortable with him being there, I may not be a good fit for you at this time.
